Quick Start — XAMPP Windows

1. Extract ke C:\xampp\htdocs\talent\

2. XAMPP Control Panel → Start Apache dan MySQL.

3. Buka install.php. Installer akan create database + schema + demo data secara automatik.

4. Selepas install, buka http://localhost/talent/
