# FAVO V2 Functional Core

This package is an application-layer upgrade over the existing FAVO database baseline.

Implemented functional domains:
- authorization and merchant/branch/customer scope checks
- merchant listing and branch access foundation
- program creation/listing
- QR token issuance and verification
- purchase transaction creation with idempotency UUID
- loyalty account creation, earning and ledger history
- API endpoints for current account, merchants and loyalty

Safety:
- `.env` is never overwritten
- existing database is never reset
- existing migrations are never rerun by the deploy script
- seed data is never deleted

This is an incremental functional core, not a claim that all 50 modules are production-complete.
